The Arlington Ensemble is a brand new, premiere wedding and special event music ensemble in the Chicagoland area. We are a flexible, customizable group of talented and experienced musicians who can provide exquisite music for you wedding, party, or special event. Our primary musical forces -classical guitar, flute, violin, piano, and voice- can be personalized to your individual needs, complementing perfectly the mood and style of your unique event. We offer repertoire in classical, light classical, light jazz, new-age, contemporary Christian, the Great American Songbook, and other popular styles of music. Whether your musical needs are elegant, inspirational, majestic, contemporary, or all of the above, the Arlington Ensemble can provide you with the beautiful music and personal attention that you need to make your special event unforgettable. No matter the style and scope of your event, we can provide you with beautiful, appropriate, and personalized music for wedding ceremonies, pre-reception cocktail-hours, reception dinner-hours and rehearsal dinners; renewal of vows ceremonies and anniversary parties; formal, garden, and graduation parties.
Our musicians are all talented, experienced professionals who have over 150 years (!) of combined performing experience with professional musical ensembles including: Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Lyric Opera, Grant Park Symphony, San Francisco Opera Orchestra, Master Sinfonia Orchestra, Contemporary Chamber Ensemble of the University of Chicago, Los Flamencos Gypsy Ballet, Guild Musick, and the acclaimed Chancel Choir of Chicago’s Church of the Ascension. Their music has been heard in live performance, on television commercials, on the radio, and on compact discs.
Our musicians have collaborated with many of the country’s most outstanding conductors and solo artists, including: Sir Georg Solti, Andres Segovia, Luciano Pavarotti, Carlos Montoya, Riccardo Muti, David Byrne, of “Talking Heads,” Paco de Lucia, Enrique Morente, Bernard Haitink, and Barry Manilow. They have performed at some of the most prestigious venues in the world: Orchestra Hall, Carnegie Hall, Aspen Chamber Music Festival, Civic Opera House – Chicago, Taste of Chicago, Royal Albert Hall – London, Krannert Center, Navy Pier, Ravinia Music Festival, Summerfest – Milwaukee, Berliner Festspiele, and Naperville’s Rib Fest and Last Fling.
