Music Lessons in Palatine, IL
Private lessons for Palatine kids, teens, and adults at The Arlington School of Music in downtown Arlington Heights — or online from home.
Students come to The Arlington School of Music from Palatine for one reason: faculty. Our teachers include an international concert guitarist, a Cleveland Institute of Music–trained violinist, and a professional concert oboist — instruction that's hard to find without driving into Chicago.
From Palatine it's about 15 minutes to our downtown Arlington Heights studio via Palatine Road or Northwest Highway (US-14), and the Metra UP-NW line connects Palatine and Arlington Heights directly. Band and orchestra students from District 211 schools such as Palatine and Fremd High School use lessons to prepare for auditions, honor ensembles, and contests.
We teach kids, teens, and adults at every level — in person or online.

Piano Lessons
Piano is where most musicians begin — and at The Arlington School of Music, it is one of our largest departments. Our piano faculty is led by Scott Hendricks, a concert performer whose playing spans Chopin and Rachmaninoff to jazz standards, blues, and boogie-woogie, with festival credits including Taste of Chicago, Navy Pier, and Summerfest in Milwaukee.
