William Kissane is a celebrated brass and bagpipe instructor with decades of experience performing and teaching in the Chicago area. As the beloved "Grand Piper" of the Emerald Society Pipes & Drum Corps of Chicago Police Department, William has played a pivotal role in preserving and sharing the rich traditions of Scottish and Irish music.
